Quantity Surveyor / Project Quantity Surveyor / Senior Project Quantity Surveyor Preparing detailed cost estimates and project budgets Negotiating and managing supplier contracts Monitoring and controlling project costs, identifying risks and implementing cost‑saving measures Providing timely and accurate financial reporting to project stakeholders Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the development of best practices Job Requirements Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying/Building Services/Building Studies or related disciplines. At least 4 years of relevant quantity surveying experience in E&M construction projects/building services contracts. Proactive, good communication and analytical skills, able to work independently as well as a good team player. Good knowledge of general contract administration and quantity surveying skills is essential. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Candidates with more experience and/or holder of professional membership such as MHKIS / MRICS may apply for “Senior Quantity Surveyor” or “Project Quantity Surveyor”.
