As a Senior Client Solutions Manager you will nurture client relationships while executing against their objectives as a trusted advisor. Working closely with your Account Director and cross‑functional teams, you'll drive customer growth in South‑Southeast Asia by identifying trends, offering data‑driven consultation, and enhancing advertising effectiveness. With your extensive digital sales experience, you'll serve as a proactive consultant fostering deep relationships with clients and agencies. You will need to be hands‑on with campaign execution while also strategically engaging in client planning and budgeting to deliver ROI and drive long‑term marketing objectives, accelerating client revenue growth. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on selected days as determined by the business needs of the team. This is a 12‑month contractual position. Responsibilities Build strong client relationships through best‑in‑class customer experience, leveraging communication, relationship‑building skills, and analytical abilities to provide consultative solutions. Reach and exceed sales quotas while contributing to overall team goals. Understand the annual business and marketing objectives of the client and translate them into marketing outcomes with specific metrics/KPIs. Develop a deep understanding of clients' marketing campaigns to make creative and data‑driven recommendations for utilizing the LinkedIn platform and proving ROI through campaign insights. Create and manage a tiered service approach for clients to drive growth. Proactively analyze and optimize customers' advertising campaigns and marketing programs, making strategic and tactical recommendations. Consult on all aspects of clients' media campaigns, including targeting implementation, optimization, and reporting. Articulate and communicate new product features proactively. Identify upsell or cross‑sell opportunities across the client base to drive incremental revenue. Advise on creative and content quality and development, leveraging marketing expertise for performance maximization. Support customers with communication onboarding and education needs. Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional partners in product, product marketing, insights, content marketing, technical support, and others to ensure customer success. Establish trusted executive‑level relationships with the C‑Suite and other senior client leaders based on an ability to provide LinkedIn and industry insights. Own renewal and always‑on conversations with the client. Basic Qualifications 6 years of experience in a client‑facing role in agency advertising, sales, marketing, or media. 4 years of auction‑based or programmatic campaign management and optimization experience (e.g., Google AdWords, SEO/PPC, ad exchange/trading desks). Demonstrated understanding of digital media, internet advertising technology, and marketing automation landscape. Demonstrated success in excelling within a target‑driven environment, adept at managing CRM for the sales process. Preferred Qualifications Ability to drive results and build relationships across multiple client levels. Experience managing and prioritizing large portfolios of customer advertising budgets and campaigns. Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals through consultative selling. Experience of using insights to drive commercial success through upsells and pitches. Ability to translate analytics and present them as insights and recommendations in a client‑facing setting. Ability to conduct regular forecasts and reports. Ability to think strategically with a proven track record of achieving results by connecting a client's pressures with data‑driven products and solutions. Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision; ability to work independently and collaborate cross‑functionally. Strong executive engagement and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated commitment to understanding and prioritizing the needs of the customer.
