Position Overview: As a Senior Technical & Solution Pre-sales professional at Huawei Cloud, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by leveraging your technical expertise and deep understanding of cloud solutions to provide strategic pre‑sales support to our customers. You will collaborate closely with sales teams and customers to understand their technical requirements, propose optimal cloud solutions, and articulate the value proposition of Huawei Cloud offerings. Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with the ecosystem and sales team to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions leveraging Huawei Cloud services in the AI, Data, and Database domains. Conduct in-depth technical presentations and demonstrations to customers, showcasing the capabilities of Huawei Cloud offerings. Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing expert guidance on best practices, solution architectures, and deployment strategies. Lead technical discussions and workshops with customers to identify pain points and propose innovative solutions that address their business challenges. Work closely with product and engineering teams at Huawei Cloud to provide feedback on customer requirements and influence product roadmap decisions. Prepare high‑quality proposals, technical responses, and proof‑of‑concept implementations to support the sales process. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies related to AI, Data, and Databases. Assist sales in closing deals by conducting Proof‑of‑Concept (POC) activities. Cloud Deployment: Hybrid Cloud architecture design, integration, and security; experience in cloud platforms – AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Cloud Foundry, OpenShift, Docker, etc. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Advanced degree preferred. Proven experience (at least 4 years or above) in a technical pre‑sales or solutions architecture role, preferably in a cloud computing environment with a focus on AI, Data, and Database technologies. Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer‑centric mindset. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Huawei Cloud) are a must. An advanced level Cloud Certification is an added advantage. Coding experience in one or more scripting languages e.g. Java, Python, NodeJS, Bash, etc. Hands‑on experience working on Cloud (AWS & Azure).
