Accounting & HR Officer | Retail & Services This role supports the day‑to‑day accounting, HR and administrative operations across our retail businesses. You will work closely with management to ensure financial accuracy, smooth people operations and efficient office administration. This is a hands‑on position suited for someone who is a good communicator, organised, reliable and comfortable operating across multiple functions in a fast‑moving retail environment. Accounting & Finance Support Maintain accurate accounting records for two entities. Handle AP / AR processing, daily bookkeeping and retail store daily reconciliation in Xero. Assist with month‑end closing, bank reconciliation and basic financial reports. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on payment and documentation matters. HR & People Operations Manage Payroll, maintain staff records, employment files and leave tracking. Handle onboarding / off‑boarding procedures and MPF administration. Support recruitment coordination, interview logistics and CV screening when required. Assist with internal communication and basic staff engagement initiatives. Office & Admin Operations Manage office supplies, insurance renewals and vendor coordination. Support leasing, tenancy documentation and facilities matters. Handle general administrative work and ad hoc operational support as needed. Qualifications Diploma or above in Accounting, HR, Business Administration or related disciplines. Minimum 5 years’ experience in accounting / HR / office administration. Retail or multi‑entity experience is an advantage. Proficient in Xero and strong Excel skills. Detail‑oriented, well‑organised and able to handle multiple priorities. Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese. Immediate availability is highly preferred.
