Add expected salary to your profile for insights A collaborative & flexible working environment 14-20 days annual leaves & birthday leave Competitive salary package & performance bonus (twice per year) Work with young & supportive colleagues Attractive staff discounts in HK & overseas stores Medical insurance & on-the-job training will be provided Convenient office location : Tsim Sha Tsui What you have to do… Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including but not limited to payroll, taxation, MPF administration, report and data analysis for management review Provide insights and recommendations to Director on HR-related matters Manage end-to-end human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, visa application and renewal Handle in payroll calculation & verification and administration to ensure timely and accurate payments under the labor laws and resolve payroll-related discrepancies Support daily office and store administration including but not limited to procurement and maintenance of office and store equipment and supplies, renewal service contracts and insurance, filing and other administrative duties Update and review HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Employment, MPF and Inland Revenue Ordinances Maintain accurate HR records and familiar with HRIS related systems Liaise and keep close communication with internal and external parties to ensure smooth business operation Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned What we expected… At least 5 year or above of solid experience and preferably in Retail / F&B industry; Diploma or above in Administration, Human Resources Management or related discipline Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance & related HR ordinances Mature, proactive, self-motivated and independent working attitude Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills Familiar with MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing; Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese Immediate availability is highly preferred Interested parties, please click 'Apply Now' and send your full resume with expected salary to us. istyle Retail (Hong Kong), a subsidiary company of istyle inc Japan ( who owns and operates the No.1 cosmetics review platform, @cosme ( and the selective beauty store, @cosme store.
