Assistant Business Analytics Manager

Responsibilities Lead Data Model and Platform Architecture Design Responsible for the technical planning of the company's big data platform (Hadoop/Spark/Flink), the design and implementation of core data models (e.g., dimensional modeling, data lakehouse architecture), and leads the selection, performance tuning, and stability assurance of key technologies. Establish and promote data development standards and specifications, including data layering (ODS/DWB/DWS/DM), ETL process optimization, and the construction of data service capabilities. Drive Data Governance Framework and Technical Implementation Lead the construction of an enterprise-level data governance framework, responsible for the technical design and implementation of metadata management, data standards, and data quality monitoring platforms. Utilize tools like Atlas and DataHub to automate data lineage and asset catalog management. Design and implement technical solutions for data security control, including data classification, permission management, and audit trails, ensuring data privacy and compliance. Drive Independent Data Product Development and Intelligentization Spearhead the requirements analysis, technical solution design, and end-to-end development of key data applications (e.g., business analysis platforms, command center dashboards, risk warning engines), with a focus on deep customization of FineBI/FineReport (complex reporting, permission integration, API extension). Explore innovative scenarios for AI and data integration, promoting the application of large language models and machine learning technologies in areas like intelligent recommendation and natural language querying to enable intelligent data value realization. Manage Technical Project Implementation and Cross-Team Collaboration Responsible for resource coordination, progress control, and risk management for technical projects in the data domain (e.g., model construction, governance tool development, AI applications), ensuring the high-quality delivery of key modules. Participate in Technical Planning and Team Enablement Participate in formulating the team's technical roadmap, lead specific technical initiatives (e.g., real-time data warehouse upgrades, lakehouse architecture evolution), and promote the standardization of development specifications and toolchains. Job Requirements Core Competency Requirements (Must be proficient in at least two) Data Architecture and Modeling: Proficient in data warehouse modeling theories and data lakehouse technical architecture, with experience in large-scale data platform design and performance optimization. Data Governance Technical Implementation: Deep understanding of data governance toolchains (e.g., metadata management, data quality platforms), with hands‑on experience in building governance systems from scratch. Familiar with data security techniques (e.g., data masking, encryption). Data Application Development Capability: Experience in the full lifecycle development of data products, proficient in deep customization of FineBI/FineReport and API interface design. AI and Data Integration Capability: Experience with large language model applications, able to design AI solutions based on business scenarios, and familiar with relevant technical implementation paths. Basic Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Management, Mathematics, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in the big data field, with core technical roles in large-scale data platforms, data governance, data applications, or AI projects. Solid Technical Skills Proficient in SQL, Python, Scala; expertise in Spark/Flink computing engine optimization; familiar with data lake technologies (Delta Lake, Hudi, Iceberg). Possess deep development capabilities with tools like FineBI/FineReport/Power BI; familiarity with Java/Spring Boot is a plus. Familiar with large language model tech stacks (e.g., LangChain, VectorDB); experience with LLM application implementation is a plus. Strong business acumen, able to directly address business pain points through data modeling and product design. Excellent technical documentation skills, capable of producing professional documents such as architecture designs, governance specifications, and API documentation.
