About Our Client Global corporate bank Exposure in data analytics, digital messaging in CRM platforms Our client is a well-known Hong Kong bank that serves over 3.5 million customers with more than 80 years of history. It mainly provides services in commercial banking, wealth management and professional compliance banking for individuals and companies. The department is currently looking for an AM Business Analytics to handle digital messaging platform delivery in business, analytics and data teams for online notifications platform. Job Description * Accountable for delivering effective digital messaging propositions across various legacy and emerging digital platforms, including but not limited to eDM, SMS, MMS, Push Notifications, as well as future channels and devices. * Provide best‑in‑class delivery of digital messaging, from initial scoping with business units through the end‑to‑end development lifecycle, as well as post‑implementation support and measurement. * Serve as a key member of the cross‑functional delivery teams, comprising participants from business, analytics, and data teams with a wide range of skills, including analysis, market understanding, design, optimization, technology, and testing. * Strive to ensure flawless execution of digital value‑added messaging, and offer a pragmatic approach to the design, development, and deployment of these messages at the most optimal level, while providing operational insights. * Collaborate with the business and perform hands‑on analytics for campaign lead generation and tracking. * Develop a deep understanding of the business and identify/share valuable business insights derived from analytics. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree holder in Statistics, Data and Information Management, Mathematics, Computer Science or other related discipline 2 years of working experience in retail banking experience for information and data management Experience in Solid Python programming is a must, knowledge in SAS programming is preferred Excellent client servicing skills and attention to details Strong interpersonal and communications skills Good communication skills in English and Chinese/Putonghua What's on Offer 15 days of AL Convenient working location Exposure in data management field Work life balance #J-18808-Ljbffr
