Role: Senior Business Development Representative Own the top of the funnel and fuel growth. You’ll generate pipeline, open doors, and convert interest into qualified opportunities partnering closely with an award‑winning product team to win in Asia’s fastest‑growing economies. What you’ll do Drive net‑new pipeline: Prospect, sequence, and qualify high‑value accounts across priority markets. Lead generation at pace: Run targeted outbound, social selling, and event follow‑ups; turn signals into meetings. Own first conversations: Deliver crisp discovery and demos; map stakeholders and buying groups. Partner to win: Work with Marketing on campaigns and with EAs to super‑power your lead gen. Build relationships: Nurture executives and champions; keep deals warm and momentum high. Measure & iterate: Track activity, conversion, and ROI; optimize messaging and plays. What you’ll bring BDR excellence with a track record in lead generation and business development in SaaS Sales Roles Polished communication and consultative discovery skills Strong networking instincts and relationship building across senior stakeholders Ability to work on‑site in Hong Kong SAR and occasionally travel to meet clients Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field Bonus: Experience in SaaS, data/analytics, or market intelligence Why Midas?
