Position Overview Are you a sharp, analytical thinker with a passion for the intersection of finance, strategy, and technology? Join Lenovo’s Investor Relations (IR) team, where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how we communicate our financial story to the world. You’ll partner with top executives, engage with global investors, and deliver insights that influence strategic decision-making—all within the dynamic environment of a global tech leader. What You’ll Do Investor Engagement Participate in key IR events engaging global investors, analysts, and media, enhancing visibility and fostering trust within the investment community. Track investor sentiment, summarize key insights from roadshows, conferences, and earnings calls, and influence internal strategic alignment. Coordinate investor events, roadshows, and conferences across China and global markets. Lead post-event debriefs and track IR activities. Assist in earnings calls, investor day events, and QA prep for executives. Ensure timely follow-ups and actionable insights post-event. Analyst And Materials Preparation Prepare earnings releases, quarterly reports, and investor presentations—translating complex financial data into compelling stories that resonate with stakeholders. Analyze market sentiment, competitor performance, and capital market dynamics to anticipate investor concerns and identify risks. Maintain databases of investor feedback, analyst reports, and market trends to constantly refine Lenovo's IR strategy. What We’re Looking For Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. Experience: 1–2 years in finance industry, or investor relations related experience. Strong grasp of financial analysis, accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS), and familiarity with valuation methods like DCF, comparable analysis, and scenario modeling. A solid understanding of capital markets and emerging tech trends. Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin. Strong interpersonal skills and team working spirit. Why Lenovo?
