Job Description As an Investor Relations Assistant, your main responsibilities will include: Assist in drafting and editing investor communications, including press releases, presentations, reports, and newsletters in English. Support the preparation of investor briefing materials, Q&A documents, and meeting agendas. Coordinate with internal departments to gather financial and operational data for investor updates. Maintain and update investor databases and contact lists. Help organize investor meetings, roadshows, and conference calls. Monitor market trends, peer performance, and investor sentiment to support strategic messaging. Ensure compliance with regulatory and disclosure requirements in all IR materials. The Successful Applicant A successful Investor Relations Assistant should have: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Communications, or a related field. Strong command of written and spoken English. Native Mandarin is a must Excellent organizational and documentation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with IR tools or CRM systems is a plus. Prior internship or experience in investor relations, finance, or corporate communications is preferred. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
