Join to apply for the Analyst, Investor Relations role at Hongkong Land Limited Reporting to the Investor Relations Manager, your new role will mainly cover the following but not limited to: Assist in the preparation of key statements and documents in relation to company's results announcements, including key sections of the annual report and results presentations. Support on the preparation of supplementary materials for results announcements, including speaking notes and Q&A covering results and other key topics. Prepare materials in relation to Investor Days or other special briefings for shareholders and analysts. Monitor research coverage on the company and its key competitor set, analyse commercial and financial trends, competitor behavior and other issues that could impact the business. Keep abreast of market and industry news and trends to facilitate ongoing engagement with the broader investment community. Coordinate with internal stakeholders across major business segments to facilitate timely collection and reporting of key commercial and operating metrics Maintain relevant databases to manage engagement with the investment community and analyse shareholding information. Coordinate and schedule meetings with investors and other stakeholders, including researching investor profile, managing investor meetings database, arranging logistics and maintaining a proper record of meetings. Assist in the delivery of ad‑hoc initiatives to improve the company’s investor‑related communications. What you'll need to succeed: University degree holder in finance, business or relevant disciplines. 2 or more years of relevant experience with a demonstrated ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams. Team player who works effectively, independently and with others. Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, including exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
