The ideal candidate will have established connections with EEC factories and a strong background in product development, formulation strategy, and market understanding Key Responsibilities Product Development: Oversee the entire product development process, from ideation to final product launch, ensuring alignment with brand vision and market trends EEC Factory Liaison: Establish and maintain strong relationships with EEC factories to facilitate product development and ensure high-quality manufacturing Strategic Planning: Formulate and implement product development strategies that align with business goals and market demands Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, consumer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product development Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and quality assurance, to ensure product success Budget Management: Manage product development budgets and timelines effectively to meet project milestones Qualifications Minimum 10 years related experience of which 5 years at managerial grade Proven experience in working with EEC factories and understanding manufacturing processes Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment Passion for beauty and a keen understanding of market trends Interested parties please send resume with date of available and expected salary by clicking "Apply Now".
