Responsibilities Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to Director in both business activities and personal matters. Manage the calendar and schedule appointments. Plan and coordinate the travel arrangements including flight, hotel and car bookings. Maintain a good filing system. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Impeccable integrity with a discipline to maintain confidentiality. Self‑motivated, well organized, detail‑minded and with a strong sense of responsibility. Excellent interpersonal & communication skills. Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English. Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office.
