Join us and make a real difference in our dynamic workplace Responsibilities: Design and implement comprehensive compensation strategies, including salary structures, bonuses, incentive programs, and commission schemes. Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to develop competitive compensation packages that align with industry standards. Manage the annual salary review process, ensuring fairness and internal equity in compensation practices. Oversee the end-to-end payroll function, ensuring accurate and timely execution by the payroll team/external vendor, while maintaining rigorous data integrity and compliance standards. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and communicate compensation philosophy, policies, and benchmarks. Prepare and present detailed reports for payroll, HR budgeting and headcount planning, including forecasting and cost assessments for management review. Stay informed about changes in labor laws, regulations and industry trends related to compensation and benefits. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field; a relevant Master’s degree is a plus. 8-10 years of experience, with at least 3 years at a supervisory level, preferably gained from a sizeable organization; experience in a startup or technology-driven environment is a plus. Proven experience in leading and developing teams in fast-paced settings. Strong knowledge of C&B principles, practices, and relevant legislation, coupled with the ability to develop innovative solutions that meet organizational goals. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly to various stakeholders. Experience in implementing HRIS or other systems. Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems. Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships across the organization and effectively engage with diverse stakeholders. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin. Candidate with more experience will be considered for the position of Senior Manager, Compensation and Benefits.
