Our client is seeking a Captain to join their team Working hours: 45.5 hours per week, 5 days work week on shift basis Handle menu proposals requested by Members and gather feedback from Members and guests to continuously improve service quality. Lead restaurant setup and clean-up operations while training new staff members using established buddy system guidelines to maintain consistent service standards. Maintain high-quality service standards and oversee the maintenance of all operating equipment to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Oversee restaurant setup and decoration work while maintaining high standards of hygiene and quality throughout all dining areas and service operations. 5 years of related restaurant experience, preferably in hotels and clubs with Chinese restaurant experience, demonstrating understanding of high-end hospitality service standards. Good communication skills in English, Cantonese, and conversational Mandarin to effectively interact with diverse Members and international guests.
