Our client "Tradewind International Factoring Limited" is seeking a VP Sales/ AVP Sales to join their team Are you ready to take your sales career to the next level in the exciting world of trade finance? This role offers the opportunity to expand your expertise in factoring and financing while making a significant impact on the company's success. What you'll be doing? Lead regional growth: Drive the expansion of Tradewind's Factoring and Trade Finance Business across the region, promoting the brand and services to new markets. Identify prospects: Research and target potential clients through various channels, including market research, networking, and trade shows. Develop sales strategies: Create and implement effective plans to achieve revenue targets and grow the business. Build referral networks: Cultivate strong relationships with business partners to generate new leads and opportunities. Provide tailored solutions: Understand client needs and offer customized trade finance solutions to meet their unique requirements. Manage sales pipeline: Efficiently follow up on leads, close deals, and maintain accurate records of all sales activities. Collaborate across teams: Work closely with Credit, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure smooth transaction processing and client satisfaction. Foster global synergies: Collaborate with Tradewind offices worldwide to enhance business opportunities and client service. Monitor market trends: Stay informed about competition and market developments, providing insights for product and service improvements. Who are they looking for? Proven sales experience: At least 5 years in sales or business development within international trading, banking, finance, or related fields. Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Business. Track record of success: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a dynamic environment. Trade finance expertise: Strong understanding of trade finance products and services. Relationship builder: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships. Problem solver: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand client needs and deliver effective solutions. Language proficiency: Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with diverse clients and partners.
