Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning and Management:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive event strategy that aligns with the company's marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate all aspects of events, including logistics, vendor management, and on-site execution, ensuring compliance with licensing and IP regulations.
  • Manage budgets and ensure events are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Oversee licensing agreements and ensure compliance with IP regulations related to marketing materials and events.
  • Work closely with legal and compliance teams to protect the company's IP rights and manage risks associated with licensing.
  • Build and maintain relationships with manufacturers to align on marketing initiatives and ensure proper branding and representation.
  • Coordinate with manufacturers to develop promotional materials and campaigns that comply with licensing agreements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement integrated marketing campaigns that promote events and enhance brand awareness.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Track and analyze event performance metrics to assess effectiveness and ROI.
  • Provide post-event reports and recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in event management and marketing, preferably within a listed company or corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of licensing and IP management, with experience in working with manufacturers.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in using marketing software and tools, including social media platforms and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
