Responsibilities Team building: Build and lead a team of sales managers to drive business growth and deliver financial results; provide sales training to team members Grow and develop the adult student base Plan and develop strategy to deliver quarterly revenues above targets Design and manage packages for parents to purchase Design and manage sales and retention processes for adult students Ensure all inbound inquiries are responded to within 24 hours Design and manage communications strategy to all adult students Generate and manage sales opportunities Work with Sales Operations to track all business activities and deliver management reports Collaborate with Operations to ensure effective facility management and teaching quality Collect qualitative and quantitative feedback from adult students to improve Preface processes Requirements Genuinely passionate about education, technology and lifestyle learning 5-7+ years experience in commercial, business development, and/or account management 2+ years team leadership experience and P&L responsibility Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets Strong business acumen, communication, negotiation and influencing skills; flexible and adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity and willing to learn Humble team player prepared for a fast-paced environment Fluent in English and Cantonese with excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in a dynamic, high-growth environment is preferable Compensation Competitive base salary complemented by a structured performance incentive plan Uncapped earning potential with a rewarding commission structure that recognises top performance Becoming a Prefacer Benefits We believe our talent differentiates us from the world.
