Our client Xintechnology Electronics Company Limited is seeking a Vice General Manager to join their team About Our Client Xintechnology Electronics Company Limited is a leading player in the electronics manufacturing industry, committed to innovation and excellence. What you'll be doing? Manage Factories: Assist the General Manager in managing factories in Guangzhou and Vietnam, ensuring that all related production sectors achieve annual targets. Optimize Production: Optimize production processes, improve production efficiency and product quality. Monitor Costs: Monitor key cost indicators (such as procurement costs, manufacturing costs, labor costs) to promote cost reduction and efficiency improvement. Risk Management: Identify potential risks in factory operations, such as supply chain disruptions, compliance risks, etc., and develop emergency plans for the general manager. Report to GM: Regularly submit business analysis reports to the general manager, such as monthly/quarterly performance, strategic execution progress, and risk warnings. Strategic Meetings: Participate in high-level decision-making meetings, provide data support and professional advice, such as investment decisions and organizational restructuring. Who are they looking for? Experienced Leader: Bachelor’s degree or above, with 10+ years of management experience in plastic or electronic product manufacturing enterprises. Operational Expertise: Proficient in production management, quality management, cost control, and human resources management. Client Compliance: Familiar with quality management standards and operational models of European, American, and Japanese clients, with extensive experience in client audit coordination and client-facing engagement. Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate across hierarchical levels and departments, capable of reporting strategic plans to senior leadership and cascading objectives to subordinate teams. Risk Management: Well-versed in legal, financial, and industry compliance risks in corporate operations, with the capacity to establish risk mechanisms. English Proficiency: Skilled in handling English emails with overseas clients; strong oral English proficiency is preferred. Mandarin Fluency: Fluent Mandarin speaking and familiar with Chinese culture. Resilience: Highly resilient under pressure, able to maintain composure, analyze issues swiftly, make sound decisions, and take ownership of outcomes. Relocation Willingness: Open to relocation for assignments in Guangdong, China, and Vietnam. Why should you consider this opportunity?
