Leader role to build Marketing and eCommerce from the ground up. The position owns GTM strategy and website UI/UX, establishes CRM infrastructure, drives customer demand with partners, and strengthens brand and communications to deliver eCommerce revenue. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in marketing leadership, digital transformation, and cross‑functional collaboration to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities 1. Customer Demand Generation & Partner Collaboration Build CRM strategy and implement the customer database from the ground up. Launch lifecycle journeys (onboarding, reorder, cross‑sell/upsell, win back) with KPIs for activation, repeat and CLV. Comfortable instrumenting SNS flows and tracking uplift. Lead supplier co‑marketing and advertising: develop advertising strategy and deliver the annual advertising revenue target. Proven co‑marketing with suppliers/brands. Support lead generation and pipeline activities: plan and execute an event calendar and digital programs to create qualified opportunities for sales conversion. Establish analytics and reporting: define business reporting parameters and work with technology partners to automate dashboards/BI for healthy business tracking. 2. Go‑To‑Market (GTM) & eCommerce Development Build and run the annual GTM calendar for product/category launches and commercial campaigns across B2B and B2B2C channels. Demonstrated experience launching from scratch preferred (e.g., new product rollouts, website launch from scratch). Lead the platform roadmap and storefront UI/UX enhancements; track performance KPIs including acquisition, activation, attachment, and retention. Own conversion rate, reorder rate, GMV growth. Manage third Party marketplaces for incremental reach; optimise assortment, content, and pricing rules in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. Build house brand identity and reposition Business Services through solution narratives, case stories, and clear service proof points. Experience leading cross‑functional teams (product, ops, customer service, logistics) to land brand and service proof points. Proven ability to drive cross‑functional teams and onboard external partners to meet aggressive launch timelines. 3. Integrated Communication & Brand Building Oversee content creation and management (physical and digital) to ensure consistent messaging across owned channels, marketplaces, and social media. Track record lifting referral/conversion rates through on‑site content and CRM campaigns. Champion ESG‑aligned brand positioning, embedding sustainability themes into house brand storytelling, service propositions, and marketing communications. Drive industry and association engagements to build trusted B2B brand leadership and thought‑leadership visibility. Qualifications & Experience 8‑12 years’ experience in marketing & eCommerce or digital management, ideally with B2B or B2B2C exposure. Experience building from scratch and scaling up is a plus. Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven track record in GTM planning, eCommerce operations, and UI/UX enhancement. Hands‑on experience building CRM/lifetime programs and executing demand generation campaigns. Comfortable leading both performance marketing and on‑site/CRM activation. Strong partner collaboration, with exposure to supplier co‑marketing. Data‑driven, outcomes focused, and comfortable with dashboards and business KPIs. Able to set and drive GMV, conversion, retention. Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese are an advantage.
