It is an ideal opportunity to sharpen your event management service and enhance your communication skills. What you will be doing: Support the execution and logistics of the signature event (office marketplace), including planning, setup, and management. Liaise with vendors: finalize product catalogs, coordinate on the day logistics, and ensure proper showcase arrangements. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external merchants to ensure a smooth event run. Manage pre- and post-event administrative tasks, including event reports, surveys, and post-event materials tidying up. Support marketing efforts related to events, including invitation distribution, RSVP management, and promotional activities. Conduct on-site support during events to handle any issues and ensure a successful experience. Prepare post-event reports, feedback surveys, and documentation to support continuous improvement. Perform ad-hoc work or projects if necessary. Who are you: Diploma or above in Event Management, Marketing or Business Administration. A team player who is responsible, independent, willing to learn and accept challenges. Excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills. Good command in both written & verbal in English & Chinese. Able to work independently in a fast-paced working environment under pressure. Proficient PC knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word). Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
