Responsibilities Lead and manage IT projects related to HR systems and shared service applications, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. Drive initiatives involving RPA, Automation Platforms, and AI‑driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with stakeholders for requirements gathering, project planning, scheduling, implementation, and production rollout. Provide system support, addressing user inquiries and resolving production issues across stores, factories, and offices. Work closely with internal development teams to optimize workflows and improve existing systems. Diagnose and analyze problems, delivering effective resolutions in partnership with business units and application teams. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline. Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in business analysis and project management. Hands‑on experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday, PeopleSoft), Microsoft SharePoint solutions. Exposure to UiPath, Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio) and other automation platforms is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; proactive and articulate. Self‑motivated with excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities; able to work under pressure. Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin). Immediate availability preferred. Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Senior Business Analyst – HR and Shared Service Applications.
