Responsibilities Drive business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities across key retail channels (e.g. supermarkets, convenience stores, specialty beverage outlets). Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand market share and achieve sales targets. Cultivate strong partnerships with major retailers, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions. Collaborate with trade partners on product visibility, in-store activation, and inventory optimization. Lead trade marketing initiatives including product launches, seasonal campaigns, and pricing strategies to ensure impactful execution. Monitor market dynamics and consumer trends to support accurate forecasting and agile business planning. Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with key accounts, balancing profitability and long‑term relationship goals. Support cross‑functional projects and perform ad hoc duties as required. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related disciplines. Minimum 8 years of experience in key account management within the retail or FMCG sector, preferably in beverages or grocery categories. Solid understanding of Hong Kong’s retail landscape and consumer behaviour. Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP is an advantage. Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to leverage data for decision‑making. Skilled in budget management and promotional planning. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Immediate availability is highly preferred. Candidate with less working experience will be considered as Key Account Manager. Why Join Us?
