Key Responsibilities Lead client acquisition and sales efforts, identifying and cultivating opportunities to grow the company’s customer base. Develop and implement bespoke financial solutions in collaboration with our multidisciplinary teams across investment, property, and wealth management services. Mentor and guide junior consultants, providing oversight and sharing expertise to elevate team performance. Build and sustain lasting client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring superior service delivery. Analyse market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies and opportunities. Skills & Knowledge Exceptional sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close high‑value deals confidently and ethically. Deep knowledge of financial products and services, including investment advice, mortgages, and wealth management solutions. Strong leadership and team mentorship capabilities, enabling you to inspire and guide others toward success. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and forge lasting relationships with clients and team members.
