About Our Client Our Client, an iconic FMCG brand is hiring a new headcount of Sales Director to lead and manage the food service and wholesale sales division. This role requires deep industry knowledge, strong leadership, and a proven track record in B2B food sales. Job Description Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share in food service and wholesale channels. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including food service channels, QSR, distributors, and hospitality groups. Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions. Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. Set KPIs, monitor performance, and conduct regular reviews. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and industry stakeholders. Oversee on boarding of high-value clients and ensure a best-in-class customer experience. Develop retention and up selling strategies to maximise customer lifetime value. Partner with finance, operations, and marketing teams to align goals and ensure smooth execution. Manage pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and sales forecasting. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 8+ years of experience in food service or wholesale sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong understanding of food distribution, institutional sales, and B2B client management. Candidate with frozen food trading business experience is value added. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytic skills. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
