The role EIDEALINK LIMITED' is seeking an experienced IT Support / Helpdesk professional to join our team in Sha Tin Sha Tin District. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective technical support to our clients, ensuring their IT systems and infrastructure are running smoothly. Key responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of hardware and software issues reported by clients Provide remote and on-site support to users, guiding them through technical problems and implementing solutions Maintain detailed records of all support activities and incidents, ensuring efficient tracking and reporting Liaise with third-party vendors and service providers to coordinate issue resolution and management Proactively identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance the overall IT support experience Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, tools and industry trends to enhance your technical expertise What we're looking for Relevant experience in an IT support or helpdesk role, preferably in the Information & Communication Technology industry Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve a wide range of technical issues Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users Familiarity with common hardware, software, and networking technologies Proactive and customer-focused approach, with a genuine desire to provide exceptional IT support Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively #J-18808-Ljbffr
