Securities Business Development Manager Support end-to-end product governance processes, including product due diligence, review, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance. Assist in managing product lifecycle, including new product initiatives, enhancements, and decommissioning where applicable. Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g., Risk, Compliance, IT, Operations) and external partners (e.g., HKEx, regulators, brokers) to ensure smooth delivery of product initiatives such as U.S. 5x24 trading, HK T+1 settlement. Contribute to strategic projects and market initiatives, including collaboration within Group counterparts. Conduct portfolio analytics of existing customer base to identify investment trends, behavioural patterns, and opportunities for cross‑sell/up‑sell. Provide management with data‑driven insights and recommend initiatives to grow customer engagement and revenues in the securities business. Track and analyse competitor offerings, market trends, and industry developments. Support senior management decision‑making by preparing market analysis, business cases, and performance tracking reports. Requirements University degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related discipline. 5 years of relevant experience in securities, investment products, or financial analytics. Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other business intelligence tools. Solid understanding of investment products and regulatory environment. Effective communicator with strong collaboration skills across functions and geographies. Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to balance multiple priorities.
