Purpose of the Job This incumbent is responsible for leading and supporting multiple store teams to achieve sales targets, ensure smooth operations, comply with company standards, and enhance customer satisfaction. 此職位負責領導及支援多間店舖團隊，以達成銷售目標，確保營運順暢及符合公司標準，並提升顧客滿意度。 Responsibilities Supervise, train, and support store managers and frontline teams to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service Analyse sales data and store performance; promptly develop and implement improvement plans Prepare staff rosters and manage daily operations to ensure smooth workflow, stock levels, and manpower allocation Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company policies and standards, providing coaching as needed Resolve customer complaints with timely and appropriate solutions Collaborate with marketing, distribution, and other teams to coordinate store activities and campaigns Keep abreast of market and operational changes, reporting insights and updates to management to drive continuous improvements Proactively identify areas for improvement in service levels, promotions, and store processes to enhance customer satisfaction and meet company goals Requirements Higher Diploma holder or above Minimum 9 years retail experience with at least 3 years in area supervision or management Experience in pet supply industry is preferred Self-motivated, results-oriented, team player with strong sense of accountability and communication skills Familiar with Microsoft tools, including Excel, Word and Outlook etc. SUCCESS BREEDS SUCCESS.
