Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong is looking for a Stewarding Supervisor – Terrace Boulud to join our Food & Beverage Service team. Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong is the group’s flagship hotel, an icon in its own right. The hotel is embarking on a transformative renovation with an investment over USD 100 million, unveiling new and enhanced offerings and the arrival of globally renowned chefs Daniel Boulud and Daniele Cason in 2026. About the job Based within the Food & Beverage Service Division, the Stewarding Supervisor – Terrace Boulud is responsible for daily supervision of the stewarding operations, ensuring proper handling, washing, and storage of chinaware, glassware, silverware, and other items, as well as maintaining cleanliness in all operation areas. The Stewarding Supervisor reports to the Restaurant Manager – Terrace Boulud. Key responsibilities Ensure that all back‑of‑house areas are cleaned to the hotel’s set standards and that there are no infringements of health, safety or fire regulations. Conduct daily hygiene and cleaning checks of all operation areas to ensure they are clean and in good condition. Ensure that all operating equipment is handled and stored correctly in all areas. Ensure that all operating equipment is washed and cleaned in the correct manner. Familiarise with the handling and use of all cleaning equipment used in stewarding and ensure that all staff is familiar with their correct use. Control store operations and monitor the re‑ordering level. Monitor the sanitation check system by using the daily sanitation and cleaning check lists. Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the department head from time to time. Qualifications and expectations At least 4 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity in hotel food and beverage, preferably with pre‑opening experience in a luxury hotel.
