International SOS - HR Assistant Manager Key Responsibilities: Responsible for achieving individual sales targets including related KPIs for New Business, Account Extension, Renewals and Working Capital as well as annual budgeted sales margin. Work with the VP Sales Commercial Maritime and other stakeholders to define and implement commercial maritime strategies. Analyses the local market requirements and solicit client feedback. Bring in New Business via high activity levels, extensive networking and consultative sales approach enabling to foster relations with prospects who are holding Senior Management positions. Support Business Development activity and planning in assigned countries. Works with customers and regional/global sales teams to identify and capture new business opportunities notably via Cross Border activities. Manages sales pipeline actively and records progress in SFDC. Assists with Requests for Proposal / Information (RFP/I) and drawing up tender documents or contracts for Regional Contracts. Works with Marketing to maintain a library of sales materials for the Maritime vertical. Provides thought leadership for new product development and coordinates the product initiatives, in line with and integrated in the overall worldwide product strategy. Monitor the client’ satisfaction level and provide to the company any client’s feedback on how we can enhance our service. Solves client complaints as required proactively working with operation and management team. Works with the relevant Operations Managers to ensure that the business needs for the region are met. Champions and drives business retention and renewals, penetration and acquisition of the Maritime Vertical in North Asia Required Skills and Knowledge: The successful candidate will be a self‑starter who is able to work with minimal supervision, can travel more than 20% of his/her time and enjoys an entrepreneurial work environment. Flexible and adaptable character Strong problem solving, analytical and project management skills Experience of working within a matrix organisation an advantage Detail oriented, multitasking; enjoys balancing competing priorities International experience is highly desirable Strong relationship building skills. A natural networker with the ability to map out key account plans and effectively up sell into current accounts together with establishing a pipeline of new client prospects. Proficient with administrative software tools (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SalesForce CRM) Good spoken and written English / Chinese / Mandarin communication skill.
