Role Overview Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Business Development Executive will play a key role in supporting sales activities, delivering excellent customer service, and coordinating projects. The successful candidate will engage with professional clients, prepare proposals, and contribute to the company’s growth through strong relationship management and effective project execution. Key Responsibilities Provide customer service to professional clients including interior designers, consultants, architects, and contractors. Prepare lighting proposals and specifications tailored to project requirements. Arrange customer visits, roadshow presentations, and product introductions. Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth project coordination. Maintain and strengthen long‑term customer relationships. Ideal Candidates Higher Diploma or above in a relevant discipline. 1+ years of working experience in customer service, sales support, sales coordination, project coordination, account servicing, sales, marketing, business development, or related fields. Exposure to lighting projects is an advantage. Experience in coordinating with interior designers, consultants, architectural firms, and contractors is highly desirable. Energetic, customer‑oriented, business acumen is desirable. Proficient in MS Office applications. Proficient in English and Chinese. Terms & Benefits Five‑day work week. Transportation allowance.
