Join to apply for the Trade Business Supervisor (Hong Kong) role at Hitrons Intelligence Responsibilities Responsible for executing the company's annual sales plan and sales strategy in the Hong Kong market, including implementing measures and resource allocation, to ensure the completion or overachievement of annual sales targets. Responsible for the promotion and marketing of company products in the Hong Kong market, developing channels including but not limited to TO B channel clients, offline electronics stores, digital chain stores, online e-commerce platforms (such as HKTVmall, JD Hong Kong, Tmall Hong Kong, etc.), and distributor channels. Provide customized solutions and explore emerging retail channels. Responsible for the implementation of operational standards in regional stores/cooperative channels, monitoring service processes, customer satisfaction, and compliance execution. Address pain points in channel cooperation (e.g., payment terms, exclusive authorization, return and exchange policies), design win-win cooperation solutions, and establish mechanisms for channel merchant access, evaluation, and elimination to optimize channel structure quality. Requirements Bachelor's degree or above. Proficient in English and Cantonese as working languages. Strong business acumen, interpersonal communication skills, and time management abilities. Minimum of 3 years of experience in self-owned brand sales, preferably with experience in smart wearable products. Familiar with the Hong Kong market and the Hong Kong "Trade Descriptions Ordinance". Analyze market trends and competitor dynamics, optimize product mix, pricing strategies, and promotional plans to enhance brand competitiveness. Organize and execute market promotion activities, such as exhibitions, industry exchanges, forums, and marketing campaigns.
