Your Mission We are looking for a highly motivated (Senior) Retail Manager to join our team based in Hong Kong. Report to Retail Director HK/MO/TW, this role will shape the strategic direction of our retail chain while overseeing daily operations. This role focuses on driving efficiency, profitability, and business growth, ensuring alignment of retail team with the company’s vision. It requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a commitment to delivering excellence. Key Responsibilities Develop strategic planning, brand management, business development, and P&L management to drive business expansion. Oversee 21 stores in HK and Macau, leading two Area Managers, three Cluster Managers, and a frontline team of around 100 staff to achieve commercial KPIs. Manage store image, sales operations, people management, and project management to ensure service and operational excellence. Oversee gelato lab management and production planning, collaborating with the Area Manager and Demand Planning team to meet production demands and hygiene standards. Lead sales-driven trade marketing promotions. Manage operational and hygiene audits with support from the Training team. Work alongside the Marketing and CRM teams on brand campaigns, CRM activities, and visual merchandising guidelines. Collaborate closely with the Training team to ensure frontline training and coaching meet service experience and hygiene standards. Coordinate with the Demand Planning and Supply Chain teams on effective stock management. Partner with the Project Manager on store opening and upgrade projects. The Ideal Candidate Degree holder in Business or similar field with at least 10 years working experience in Retail industry, familiar with the Hong Kong and Macau markets. Proven leadership experience in retail operations with multi-site management expertise. Strong knowledge of KPI management and customer service. Experience with BI tools and strong analytical skills. Good communication skill and presentation skill to all levels of stakeholders. Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Immediately available is definitely an advantage.
