Manager/ Assistant Manager, Operational Risk Management FWD Group (1828.HK) is a pan-Asian life and health insurance business that serves approximately 34 million customers across 10 markets, including BRI Life in Indonesia. The Job Support the implementation of FWD HK’s operational risk management programmes under guidance, including but not limited to incident and issue management, business continuity management, outsourcing management, internal control assessment and testing programmes. Assist in preparing relevant risk reports and ensure all reporting items (to Group Office, boards and committees) are delivered in a timely fashion. Assist/ manage incident handling, including incident identification, mitigation planning, reporting to stakeholders and closure. Provide support in process deep dives to identify control enhancement opportunities. Perform data analyses to provide 2nd line insights and independent view on risk assessment. Other ad‑hoc tasks as appointed by reporting manager. The Person Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of experience in risk/compliance/audit, preferably in financial services industry. CPA or certifications related to information security and/or data management are preferred. Good understanding of risk management and internal controls. Previous experience in risk management/internal controls is preferred. Experience in risk systems and/or data visualization tools. Willingness to learn about other aspects of operational risks including data and technology risks. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Sound communication skills.
