Responsibilities Responsible for key positions' recruitment, working independently to complete training, retention, and yearly career planning by using an effective performance management tool to improve the talent’s capabilities in performance management, and to help the employing department improve the rationality of talent allocation and team management efficiency Serve as an HR Business Partner, liaise between HQ HR and regional/local office managers in all aspects of HR professional areas Diagnose the existing structure and personnel aligning with the company's latest strategic direction, and make feasible recommendations to management to improve organisational effectiveness and efficiency Responsible for HR type of approval, including but not limited to attendance, leaves, and remuneration Cooperate with overseas HR service vendors to complete the monthly compensation and benefit cycle Lead regional/local HR projects and assist HQ HR projects Region Coverage: Key markets in APAC, including Hong Kong, Thailand, Vietnam, Japan and South Korea Requirements Bachelor/Master degree holder 3+ years of experience in HR, HRBP qualities are preferred Proficiency in both English and Chinese Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Regional HR work exposure is a plus, but not a must Able to work independently, detail-minded and a good team player Experience working in Chinese companies is preferred Office Address: 13th Floor, On Dak Industrial Building, 2 Wah Sing Street, Kwai Chung All applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security. #J-18808-Ljbffr
