For more information, please visit PURPOSE This role is responsible for agency management in FWD markets including TH, ID and VN focused on uplifting agents’ productivity and overall channel profitability to achieve ambitious business growth objectives. Enhance agents’ productivity, leader development, with support from other initiatives, is critical to our sustainable growth Continuously and significantly increase our No. of MDRT and ELITE Agent qualifiers is essential to differentiate and sustain our business growth. KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES Significantly increase Agency channel VNB through enhancing agent’s activity and productivity with continuously optimizing product portfolios and solutions Execute Agency activation, compensation and other productivity measures Lead cross-function initiatives to continuously design and implement digital solutions that enhance agency activity and productivity Monitor and review Agency channel performance, especially for active agents and productivity, and provide timely analytics, business insights and strategic guidance and tactical support to deliver business targets Provide day-to-day or onsite business management leadership to channels upon LBUs’ request First line of defense to ensure proper governance and due diligence of Agency leaders and groups QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE University degree or above, and majored in Business, Commerce, Actuary, or equivalent is preferred. At least 5 years' Agency Management experience and track record in life insurance sector; Front line management of Agency channel in Asian markets. Competencies in Agency management with deep knowledge in Agency compensation, Agency sales promotion, MDRT culture promotion, agency recruitment, etc. Experience and knowledge in industry digital trends, best practices and business models. High standard of business ethics. KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS Understanding of the insurance industry, including current and emerging business models. Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with strong business acumen. Strong communication skill, influential & persuasive. Demonstrate maturity and possesses transformation mindset and keen awareness of corporate dynamics and HQs environment. Able and willing to work independently and act as team lead in a cross-functional environment. Good understanding of project management methodologies, framework, and standards. #J-18808-Ljbffr
