Senior Finance Manager | Manufacturing MNC | SEA | 90k The Senior Finance Manager will play a critical role in overseeing financial planning, analysis, reporting, and compliance across the Southeast Asia region. Key Responsibilities Lead regional financial planning and budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting to both regional and global stakeholders. Analyze financial results, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to senior management. Oversee compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls across SEA entities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, procurement, and sales to support business performance. Lead, mentor, and develop a finance team to enhance capability and efficiency. Drive process improvements and system enhancements to optimize financial operations. Support audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification preferred. Minimum 7-10 years of progressive finance experience, preferably within manufacturing and multinational companies. Strong knowledge of IFRS, tax laws, and financial regulations applicable in Southeast Asia. Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and controlling. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills. Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
