Report to Managing Director and General Manager to provide finance decision support for Group strategic planning. Provide insightful information and expectations to Top Management to aid in long-term and short-term decision making. Develop financial plans to support operational and strategic decisions. Act as a Business Advisor to Top Management, and other senior management in the group. Responsible for the full spectrum of the financial and accounting functions for entities across the China, Hong Kong and SEA region. Oversee and lead the entire finance operation and lead a team of finance staff to ensure the financial and accounting operations in China, Hong Kong and SEA regions will meet with compliance standard. Provide value added input in the development and implementation of good operational and financial systems and to ensure all necessary controls are set. Review, evaluate and establish best practices for financial policies and procedures which include internal controls and financial work flows. Ensure compliance with financial audits, regulatory requirements and respective local reporting standards and group policies. Prepare group consolidated accounts and monthly financial information and group management reporting & analysis to top management. Ensure local taxation requirements are observed, proactively engage in tax planning. Perform cash flow management, budget, cost benefit analysis and forecasting needs. Liaise with external auditors, legal and tax advisers. Close communication and corroboration with relating department in whole group to achieve the company goal. Perform ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned. Occasionally travel to China and overseas are required. Requirements Bachelor degree holder in Finance, Accounting or relevant discipline. At least 5 years of working experience with PRC and South East Asia exposure preferred. Professionally qualified accountant is an advantage. Familiar with Hong Kong and PRC accounting standards, taxation, customs, banking, legal and government regulations and practices, experience in SEA accounting practice and tax issues is added advantage. Experience in manufacturing industry is an advantage. Proficiency in MS office applications and Chinese Word Processing. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills. Excellent coordination, supervisory and management skills. Strong analytical and organization skills as well as good business acumen. Able to work under tight schedules and with flexibility to pursue for changes in a dynamic working environment.
