Job Description As a Business Development Specialist, your main responsibilities will include: Identifying potential business opportunities and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients. Collaborating with the offshore team on delivery and finding the right talents. Preparing and delivering impactful sales presentations to prospective clients. Providing regular updates and reports on sales performance to the management team. The Successful Applicant A successful Business Development Specialist should have: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients in the Technology industry effectively. Previous experience in Sales or Recruitment is a plus. A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving challenges. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A commitment to achieving sales targets and contributing to business growth.
