Job Description Our client is seeking an experienced Regional Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives across multiple brands and markets. This role focuses on distributor marketing management, ensuring alignment with global brand guidelines while driving impactful campaigns tailored to regional needs. The successful candidate will manage social media promotions, coordinate with brand principals, and deliver integrated marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and sales performance. Knowledge of EU markets will be considered a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities Distributor Marketing Management: Develop and implement marketing frameworks for distributors across assigned regions. Ensure all marketing activities adhere to global brand guidelines and maintain brand consistency. Provide strategic guidance and support to distributors on campaign planning and execution. Brand Alignment & Collaboration: Act as the key liaison between regional teams and brand principals to align marketing strategies. Coordinate approvals for marketing materials and ensure compliance with brand standards. Social Media & Digital Promotions: Plan and execute social media campaigns across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, TikTok) to drive engagement and awareness. Monitor performance metrics and optimise campaigns for maximum ROI. Oversee content creation and ensure messaging aligns with brand tone and objectives. Multi-Brand Marketing Strategy: Manage marketing initiatives for multiple brands within the portfolio, tailoring strategies to each brand's positioning and target audience. Develop annual marketing calendars and promotional plans for regional markets. Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights. Recommend improvements based on data analysis and market trends. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, e-commerce, and retail teams to ensure integrated execution of marketing programs. Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors for creative and media support. The Successful Applicant Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline. 8-12 years of marketing experience in regional roles, preferably in multi-brand retail or distribution environments. Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms. Proven ability to manage distributor relationships and align with global brand guidelines. Knowledge of EU markets is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is an advantage). Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in luxury, lifestyle, or consumer goods sectors is a plus.
