Regional Market Intelligence and Admissions Planning Manager Market Intelligence and Competitor Analysis Conduct market intelligence research on market demand, local and regional public policies, demographics. Monitor competitor activities including changes in programme offering, tuition, admission process, promotional tactics etc. via mystery shopping and data tracking to derive strategic implications, with the support of local teams and Regional Media Manager. Support local admissions teams in developing realistic enrolment projections, market share analysis, and identifying growth opportunities for informed planning. Admissions Planning and Strategy Execution Perform regional-level data analysis on admission KPIs to identify trends and generate insights for potential improvements. Support and direct local admission teams on enrolment performance analytics. Facilitate admissions collaborations in the region by guiding students (prospective and existing) to their best-fit schools within the cluster, addressing diverse educational needs through our multi-pathway offerings. Work closely with the IT department on system enhancements to support the transformation of the admissions function and process. Others Support the Regional Head in developing strategic presentations for management. Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Education Management, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in market intelligence, admissions/enrollment management, or strategic planning, preferably in education, consulting, or a related sector. Proven track record in data analysis, market research, and competitor benchmarking. Technical & Analytical Skills Strong data analytics skills (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools). Experience with CRM systems and admissions/enrolment platforms. Ability to interpret market trends, demographic data, and policy impacts on education demand. Strategic & Leadership Skills Ability to translate data into actionable strategies for admissions growth. Experience in training teams and driving process improvements. Strong collaboration skills to work with school leaders, IT, and local teams. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with the region’s education market and competitor landscape. Bilingual in English and Mandarin/Cantonese (advantageous for stakeholder engagement). Experience in mystery shopping or competitive intelligence methodologies.
