Responsibilities Responsible for the full cycle of the recruitment process from job brief, sourcing and candidate assessment Maintain the relationship with existing clients to build an overall rapport for extensive business relations Provide professional advice and guidance to both clients and candidates on market trends To find effective strategies to achieve staffing requirements of clients by supply and demand Requirements University graduate with working experience in Sales, Client Serving or CS Related fields is preferred Good team player with an Outgoing personality.
