Responsibilities Oversee daily ETF operations, including creation/redemption processes, cash flow management, and NAV calculations. Liaise with market makers, authorized participants, custodians, and other external partners to ensure smooth ETF trading and settlement. Monitor and reconcile ETF holdings, corporate actions, and dividend distributions. Support the launch of new ETF products by coordinating with internal teams such as Product Development, Legal, Compliance, and Sales. Ensure compliance with SFC regulations and internal policies, and assist in regulatory reporting. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce risks. Collaborate with the technology team to optimize ETF systems and tools. Provide timely and accurate responses to internal and external inquiries regarding ETF operations. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in ETF operations, fund administration, or securities settlement within the asset management industry. Strong understanding of ETF structures, trading mechanisms, and regulatory frameworks in Hong Kong and globally. Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Chinese.
