Add expected salary to your profile for insights Lead a small team to initiate, develop and implement online and offline marketing and communications plans and strategies which would enlarge the market share and enhance brand awareness. Responsible for all marketing and communications related issues, not limited to liaising and co‑coordinating with external parties for the preparation and delivery of marketing communication materials, marketing events or other related marketing activities. Drive digital marketing coverage, including maximiz(e) exposure of the social media platform, SEM/SEO, our eNewsletter communications channel as well as various websites of our group. Be an internal communication bridge with cross‑function departments. Experience in sourcing and managing suppliers for marketing materials production. Design and execute production and publication of marketing collaterals (e.g., brochure, fact sheet, website or sites, video, presentations) from start to finish. Be a key part of the company’s corporate marketing events, presentation and customer engagement activities. Assist in writing, editing, and proofreading press releases and communications materials. Support the sales and business development teams in any business activities. Requirements Degree holder in Marketing, Business Management or relevant discipline. Minimum of 5-8 years solid and relevant marketing experience, less experience may be assigned as individual contributor. Passionate and experience in driving Digital Marketing exposure is a must. Creative in promotion strategy, tactic, and program development, strong analytical and business management skills. Excellent communication skills and be able to communicate with all levels. Strong sense at the design of user experience, research, and learning skills to always keep in pace with the latest technology. Self‑motivated and able to work under pressure. Good command in both spoken and written English and Cantonese; Putonghua is an advantage.
