To design and deliver business initiatives to achieve business targets via different marketing strategies for lending products, including portfolio communications, segments, services and channels. Job Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with product teams to plan, develop, organise and drive effective and quality marketing communications campaigns for lending products and services. Formulate and articulate campaign positioning and key messages, leveraging the full breadth of marketing communications mix, including but not limited to ATL and BTL promotions, PR promotions, digital/social media marketing, POP displays, events and sponsorships, etc. Manage performance, liaise with agencies and external parties on creative development, media placement and production for branding and marketing campaigns. Ensure all assigned marketing communications initiatives and projects are executed within allocated resources and budgets. Compile competitive and marketing benchmarking trend analyses. Manage and guide direct report(s) in the timely and quality execution of marketing and communications programmes and initiatives. Qualifications and Attributes: Degree or above with major in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related disciplines. Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in marketing and advertising and/or PR; banking and financial services experience will be a strong advantage. Knowledge and experience in latest marketing & consumer trends. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese. Self‑motivated with strong analytical and planning skills. Detail‑oriented, able to multi‑task and work under pressure to meet tight schedule. Strong team player and good people skills for managing multiple stakeholders and for motivating and guiding team members.
