Solution Consultant/Manager, Industry Vertical IT Solutions Serve as the primary owner for industrial & scenario-based solution pre‑sales representative, responsible for identifying and expanding business opportunities and solution spaces within the industry with Huawei's total solutions (including Network Infrastructure, Server, Virtualization, DB, Backup, AI Computing, Cloud, etc.) Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and provide customized ICT solutions to maximize project value and improve IT productivity for the clients. Lead major project solution architecture design, integrating internal and external resources to ensure customer value realization. Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior clients as their trusted business partner. Promote ISV ecosystem partnerships and build localized solution ecosystem mapping. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or above, majoring in Telecommunication, Information Technology, Network Engineering or other related sectors Minimum 5 years of relevant IT project experience gained from industry, preferably in Banking & Finance/Local Enterprise/Public Entity/Government Preferably to have IT consulting, and with good insights into at least 1 major industry in Hong Kong Familiar with ICT industry trends and technologies, able to quickly learn and master Huawei’s products and solutions to become an Industry Vertical Solution Expert Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of working independently and engaging in executive-level dialogues with customers.
