Business Development Executive - Catering Equipment Aggressive, proactive, and energetic sales individual wanted Our client is the world's leading supplier of refrigeration, catering equipment, and modular kitchen solutions, serving major food exhibitions, large-scale events, retailers, and government projects worldwide. They are expanding their footprint in Hong Kong and Macau and are seeking a highly driven Business Development Executive with strong market knowledge and a proven ability to win new business. Description Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities across Hong Kong and the wider Macau/China region. Build and nurture relationships with targeted prospects through networking, calls, and meetings. Drive a robust pipeline by managing multiple business development engagements and maximizing key opportunities. Represent the company at client meetings, site visits, and industry events to strengthen partnerships. Understand client needs and deliver tailored rental solutions using extensive portfolio of refrigeration and catering equipment. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, maintaining accurate data in CRM systems (HubSpot or Salesforce). Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and exceptional client satisfaction. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. Report on KPIs, sales activity, and forecasts to management. Profile Native Cantonese speaker with fluent English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus. Significant experience in sales or business development with track record in winning new B2B business. Regional sales experience in Hong Kong, ideally within equipment rental, events, hospitality, or F&B sectors. Proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets. A true hunter mentality - proactive, driven, and relentless in pursuing new opportunities. Excellent communication and presentation skills, confident engaging C-level stakeholders.
