The team has an excellent track record focusing on mid to large cap buyout transactions across sectors and has already made several successful acquisitions and exits. They are well-funded, with a fantastic reputation in the market. What the job involves

  • Expertise in the execution of full life cycle private equity investments, from sourcing and evaluating deals, to structuring and execution, ongoing supervision of business operations, and exit
  • Completely capable of reviewing, analysing, and assessing potential deals and presenting to the general partners
  • Lead, guide and train junior members of the team
  • Hands on portfolio management
Who we are looking for

  • Significant private equity buyout experience, preferably in the US/Europe region having clearly been through the entire deal cycle end to end at a top-tier fund
  • You must have worked as the deal captain on numerous transactions
  • Superior analytical and technical capability
  • You should have started your career at a global bulge bracket investment bank
  • Business proficiency in an Asian language
