If you are a highly-skilled and self-driven lawyer with top tier technical experience in these areas then we are keen to hear from you: fund formation and establishment (retail, private and alternative investment fund structures) fund offerings registration distribution and marketing investment management (fund investments, custody and prime brokerage agreements) regulatory and complianceKey requirements A right to work and reside in Hong Kong Qualification to practice in at least one of England & Wales, the United States, Hong Kong, Singapore or AustraliaPrepared to set up a Personal Services Company – for more information, please view our Hong Kong guide at www.peerpoint.comA minimum of four years' post-qualification experience at a top tier law firm in this fieldIn-house legal experience at leading financial services institutions/corporates preferred (directly or as a secondee) Self-starter with a commitment to building a career as a consultant and a drive to achieve at a high level whilst working as a consultant Adept at leading or working within complex multi-functional, multi-national project environments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface at all levels, building strong relationships internally and externally Client service-focused, with exemplary client service ethic and commitment Strong commercial/business acumen Resilient, adaptable, autonomous and highly credible Advanced organisational skills and diplomacy ​​​​​​​What makes consulting with Peerpoint different?
