About the Role

Assist the Team Head to:
• Propose marketing ideas in achieving business objectives.
• Make use of TDA Capability in improving marketing campaign effectiveness;
• Maximize campaign execution efficiency;
• Enhance distribution channel communication;
• Provide ad-hoc business analyses necessary in recommending business solutions to senior management team of the company

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Continuous development & knowledge build-up of Team members in campaign execution, including the application of analytics model into customer campaigns;
  • Prepare marketing plans and to support supervisor in execution;
  • Work with different departments and team to prepare project plan & communication for campaign launch;
  • Execute ECM campaigns for improving customer loyalty & experience, including reactivation of inactive customers and support customer segmentation strategy & other corporate initiatives;
  • Work with Data Intelligence Management team in the preparation of target customer segments & tracking report of customer campaigns;
  • Contribute ideas on maximizing the usage of TDA, digital/ innovative platform to increase customer experience and satisfaction;
  • Design and prepare agent/ customer communications (Express, promotional leaflet, eDMs/SMS e.t.c.) and to coordinate with parties involved to ensure plans are execute smoothly within the agreed timeline;
  • Work with different departments and distribution channels in promoting ECM campaigns/ initiatives and collecting feedback of campaign;
  • Management of promotional budget;
  • Provide support to team members in meeting business objective;
  • Assist Department Head as a gate keeper in recommending promotional appeals arrangement
  • Ensure team members who perform regulated activities have obtained the relevant licenses and fulfilled the licensing requirements
Minimum Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Actuarial, Business, Marketing, or Statistics with at least 10 years' relevant experience on business analyses, business development, and database marketing.
  • Prior experience in financial institutions and knowledge of insurance business is preferred
  • Digital experience
  • Results focused, with a track record of achievement
  • Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with various internal and external parties
  • Good in problem-solving
  • Proactive and is an Excellent team player
  • Proficient in English and Chinese, spoken and written
